4:45 pm - Doors open for VIPs (150 guests)

What we provide
All guests will receive a crystal whiskey-tasting glass.
You do not need to bring plastic tasting cups unless you want to.

8ft fruitwood farm table to serve on
8ft prep table
8' x 8' area
250 bamboo serving trays to be used for the first few servings
750 paper food trays
Utensils, and napkins for guests
Ice if needed - let the event captains know

It's important to note that chefs must staff their tables and bring any additional promotional materials or decor.
Each restaurant receives 5 participant wristbands for people working the event only.
Distillers in the Pairing Room
You will be sharing a table and space with the chef you partnered with, an 8' x 8' area
There will be space behind the table for banners or signage.
Each Distiller receives 3 participant wristbands for people working the event only.
Distillers in the Tasting Room

A map with your exact location will be provided upon your arrival on Saturday.
Load-in and Load-out instructions (see map below):

Anything needed for the event must be loaded in on Saturday morning and removed on Saturday night.

You may load in as early as 11:00 am

Due to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning in the back parking lot :

Any morning deliveries need to be done through the main entrance to Liberty Hall near the turnaround.

Anything delivered after Noon and all load-outs can be done through the load-in door.

Please unload your items at the load-in spot then move your car
